Too much documentation needed from the underwriter. Spent countless hours providing documentation. The Loan Officer should make it clear from the beginning about how to raise your credit score and check it, and things not to do during the whole loan process, including opening up credit and how the underwriter reviews the credit report everyday.

Communication was good, but felt like we were being asked over and over to submit and resubmit documents.

Shanon did an excellent job. Just towards the end someone dropped the ball on my appraisal and missed that it had expired. This delayed me and cost me extra money. Shanon did his part to make it right for me, but overall it should have never happened. It's done and over with and I am glad to finally be closed on my home.
